From learning to manage Black hair to comparing one's own hair to those seen on mainstream TV, the hair journey of a Black woman is almost always a tumultuous, complicated one. The HAIR UP HIGH collection shows love to the hairstyles that society deemed "unkempt" and "unprofessional" for so long.

Teased and textured, BUBBLE is a woman sporting bubble braids, beads, and wooden earrings in all her glory. Similar to the other pieces in the HAIR UP HIGH collection, BUBBLE has bloomed orange flowers in her hair, which emphasizes the natural beauty of Black hair.
