ORDER DETAILS

  • Orders typically take 2-7 days to be made and sent out.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been received, and when it has been shipped.

REFUND POLICY

Customer service is the most important aspect of selling my art. That being said, mistakes inevitably happen during the shipping process. If you've received a damaged product, it may be replaced free of charge.

Note that all since art is ordered upon demand, refunds are not accepted.

Replacement

To get a damaged art piece replaced, simply contact me via E-mail or through Instagram DM with your order information and an image of the damaged product. Your art piece will be replaced promptly once the replacement has been approved.

FINAL SALES AND FEES

  • All prints, commissions, original paintings and shipping costs are final sale.
  • I am not responsible for any customs or duty fees with regards to international shipments.
  • I am not responsible for lost items due to mistakes in the entered address, so please enter your shipping information completely and carefully.
  • If there is a mistake in the order you've placed, please notify me within 24 hours of when you've placed the order.
